General FAQ

  • The length of the appointment depends on the size of the property. For Photography, we usually spend around 45 minutes per 1,000 sq ft, and for Video, it's about 60 minutes per 1,000 sq ft.

    When it comes to drone flights, photos take about 30-45 minutes, and videos take around 45-60 minutes.

    Whichever service you choose, you can count on us to capture your property from every angle and make it look amazing!

  • Valley Focus Media is ready to capture stunning interior and exterior shots, rain or shine!


    Please note, as the agent, it's important for you to keep an eye on the weather leading up to your appointment. If you need to reschedule, just give us a heads up at least 24 hours in advance. Please be aware that cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a $150 cancellation fee.


    If we do shoot on an overcast day, we've got you covered with our sky replacement service for still photos, ensuring vibrant skies even on the greyest of days! Unfortunately, video services do not currently offer the option for sky replacement. But, we'll keep you posted if that changes in the future!


    Due to the nature of aerial services, adverse weather may ground our drones. No worries though, there won't be any cancellation fees for weather-related cancellations on drone services.

    Our pricing is based on your listing's square footage, with an average of around 25 photos for the first 1,000 sq ft, and 10-15 photos for every additional 1,000 sq ft. So let's capture every detail and bring your property to life!

    However, if you want to share the photos with ANY third parties like property owners, stagers, designers, architects, contractors, etc., you'll need to get prior written approval from Valley Focus Media first.

Adverse weather conditions like rain can pose risks to both these factors. We monitor the weather closely and will reschedule your appointment if necessary to ensure optimal conditions for your shoot.

  • According to FAA regulations, drones cannot be flown within five miles of an airport without prior permission from air traffic control. This is a safety measure to prevent potential conflicts with manned aircraft operating in the same airspace.

  • Yes, we do. We take safety and responsibility very seriously. As such, we have a liability insurance policy that covers up to $2 million. This ensures that our operations are fully covered, providing peace of mind for both us and our clients.
