Cancellation: For Client cancellation occurring within two (2) days of the Property shoot, Client will pay any expenses incurred and a seventy-five ($75) cancellation fee. If we arrive at the property to find the shoot is cancelled (including denied access to the property), 50% of the quoted shoot amount will be assessed in addition to the $75 cancellation fee. Client is responsible for 100% of the fee and any expenses incurred.
Rescheduling: For Client rescheduling occurring within one (1) day of the Property shoot, Client will pay a Fifty Dollar ($50) reschedule fee. If we arrive at the property and the Client reschedules, Client will pay 50% of the quoted shoot amount.
Denial of Access: Photographer will not enter Property; if an alarm or gate code is not provided when applicable, if there are unattended minors in the home, if there are other workers on site, if there are unrestrained pets, or any other circumstances the Photographer deems a safety or security hazard. If Photographer arrives at the Property and is denied access for any reason, Client will pay 50% of the quoted shoot amount. Client is responsible for 100% of the fee and any expenses incurred.
Rescheduling Due To Weather
Photo shoots will continue as scheduled as long as it is not physically raining. If rain is present, we can shoot the interior as the seller has probably put a lot of hard work into getting it ready for the scheduled shoot. We will then return for exterior photos at the earliest day possible where the weather cooperates. Another option is we can reschedule the entire shoot to my next available appointment. (No reschedule fees will be assessed for inclement weather.)
